In our ‘Afternoon Tea Bakes’ class, you will learn how to make your own afternoon tea, from quintessentially British cakes, sandwiches, pastries and, of course, scones. During this class we’ll make:
- Assorted finger sandwiches
- Mini asparagus and ricotta tarts
- Mini chocolate cakes with salted caramel butter icing
- Meringue cups with Chantilly cream and passion fruit sauce
- Sweet scones with clotted cream and jam
Towards the end of the class we’ll sit down to enjoy our creations with a glass of prosecco and a range of teas. At the end of the session you will take home your bakes you’ve made in the class, along with a recipe booklet to remind you of what you have learnt.
All the ingredients, material, and equipment needed to complete this class are included in the price. Included in the price are lunch and refreshments.
